Residence permits

We offer our clients an opportunity to obtain a residence permit in Latvia or another EU country where our business partners are based: in Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, and Portugal. 

We offer various programs for capital investments allowing EU non-residents to receive a residence permit in the EU for a period up to five years. Such capital investments are: purchase of real estate, financial investments in government foundations, investments in businesses etc.

A residence permit from Latvia or any other EU country enables a non-resident to freely travel within the Schengen Area (26 European countries).  A residence permit also enables the permit holder to more easily obtain entrance visas to the other EU member states.
